If you want your own website for your property or a premium listing on realtor.com rather than the one you get with our service for free, the charge is $199 (remember that your listing appears on realtor.com in any event). The Premium Listing includes 25 photos, the “Showcase” designation, your entire property description up to 2,500 characters (not just two sentences) for the public and consumers. Alternatively we will create a beautiful website to show off your property in a way realtor.com cannot with as many photos as you want and as much text as you want PLUS direct links to numerous consumer sites.
